His portfolio spans over 10 million square feet, including hospitality, multifamily housing, cultural institutions, and new urban developments. Gustavo specializes in BIM-driven workflows, aligning architectural vision with cost-effective, sustainable delivery. From winning design competitions to steering multi-consultant teams, his work is grounded in both creativity and rigorous execution.

He currently serves as AIA International Treasurer and is the founder and past president of AIA Latin America.
